Equalist Europe project was created to transform gender equality into a corporate culture. The partner schools and organization from Turkey, North Macedonia, Greece, Italy and Czechia will make their schools sensitive to gender equality, they will change the whole atmosphere of the schools. The main goals are to reduce problems caused by inequality, such as early school leaving, peer bullying.

We want to show to Europeans youth that women and men are equal, they have the freedom to follow the path they choose in life and reach their full potential, have equal opportunities to thrive, and can participate and lead our European society equally.

At its core, the project seeks to tackle the myriad issues that arise from gender inequality, including but not limited to early school leaving and peer bullying. By addressing these challenges head-on, the initiative endeavors to create an environment where all individuals, irrespective of their gender, are empowered to flourish. The ultimate goal is to demonstrate to the youth of Europe that women and men are unequivocally equal, possessing the freedom to carve their own paths in life, realize their untapped potential, and enjoy equal opportunities to thrive.
Through a series of targeted interventions, the project aims to dismantle prevailing gender biases, norms, and stereotypes that hinder progress and perpetuate inequality. By actively engaging with students, teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders, the project seeks to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of gender equality and its multifaceted implications. By doing so, it hopes to foster an inclusive and supportive environment that embraces diversity, enabling individuals to fully participate in and lead our European society on equal footing.

Moreover, the project recognizes that achieving true gender equality requires a multi-dimensional approach. In addition to educational initiatives within schools, Equalist Europe actively collaborates with corporate entities, policymakers, and community leaders to advocate for gender equality on a broader scale. By forging strategic partnerships and engaging in dialogue at various levels, the project strives to effect meaningful change, shaping societal attitudes and policies that promote gender parity.

In essence, the Equalist Europe project aspires to be a catalyst for societal transformation, dispelling gender-based barriers and biases, and fostering an inclusive Europe where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. By championing gender equality within educational institutions and beyond, the project seeks to inspire and empower the younger generation, emboldening them to embrace their rights, choices, and aspirations, while actively contributing to the equitable progress of our shared European society.
